App Privacy Policy
Scope and controller
This policy applies to mobile applications published by AMNA HOLDINGS LTD that link to this policy. AMNA HOLDINGS LTD, company number 17056535, is registered at Unit 1, Amna Buildings, Tudor Road, South Shields, Tyne & Wear, NE33 4PQ, England, United Kingdom. Privacy and support contact: fatihakowar@gmail.com. It covers apps without user registration or account creation. An app with different data practices requires a specific notice.
No user accounts
The covered apps do not require registration or a user account. We do not collect an account password or registration profile. If you contact support, we receive the information you voluntarily send, such as your email, app name, device model and message.
Settings and information on your device
Preferences and locally saved app content may be stored on your device to provide the app’s features. You can generally remove that information by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app; operating-system backups may be managed separately through your device settings. This does not erase information already processed by advertising providers. Any feature requesting access to device content should explain that access when permission is requested.
Apps with and without advertising
Some covered apps contain advertising; others do not. An app without advertising does not use the advertising services described below merely because this policy mentions them. For an ad-supported app, the applicable providers depend on the SDKs and mediation partners actually included in that app. The app’s store listing, privacy controls and consent notice identify its relevant configuration.
Advertising providers and data
Where included, Google AdMob, AppLovin (including MAX mediation) and Meta Audience Network may process advertising identifiers such as the Android advertising ID or IDFA where permitted; IP address and approximate location derived from it; device model, operating system, app and network information; and ad impressions, interactions, diagnostic or fraud-prevention signals. They use this data to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, maintain their services and, where permitted and selected, personalise advertising. Mediation can involve additional advertising partners disclosed in the app’s consent interface. Non-personalised advertising may still involve technical data processing.
Provider privacy information
Read Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from partner sites and apps. For more information about AppLovin’s collection and use of your information visit: https://legal.applovin.com/privacy/. See also Meta Privacy Policy. Providers may act as independent controllers for their advertising activities.
Consent, legal bases and advertising choices
Where required, the app requests consent before optional advertising storage, access or personalisation. You may change available choices in the app’s privacy or consent controls, where provided, and use your device’s advertising-ID and app-tracking settings. On iOS, tracking requiring App Tracking Transparency permission must wait for permission. Restricting personalisation does not necessarily remove ads. Support is handled for our legitimate interest in answering enquiries; other processing may be based on consent, contractual necessity or a legal obligation as applicable. Where applicable US privacy laws treat advertising disclosures as sale or sharing, exercise available opt-out rights through the app’s privacy choices and the relevant provider’s request mechanism.
Sharing, international processing and retention
We may use email or infrastructure providers to answer support requests and disclose data where required by law. Ad-supported apps transmit the data described above to their included advertising services. These providers may process information outside your country, including the United States, under their own policies and applicable safeguards. Local data remains until removed through app or device controls. We keep support messages only as needed to address the request and related legal obligations. Advertising providers set their own retention periods; see their policies.
Your privacy rights and deletion requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent or opt out of certain advertising disclosures. Contact fatihakowar@gmail.com and name the app. We may need proportionate information to verify your request. For data controlled independently by an advertising provider, use its privacy-request tools; we can help identify the relevant provider. There is no account to delete in the covered apps. UK users may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Children and age suitability
Refer to each app’s store listing for its intended audience and age rating. Advertising and data processing must be configured for that audience and applicable law. If you believe a covered app has collected personal information from a child contrary to applicable requirements, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Security and policy updates
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information handled, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Changes to an app’s data practices must be reflected in this policy or an app-specific notice. We update the effective date when revising the policy.
